We contracted Hamelin Architecture to draw a 2-storey addition onto our existing 100-year old house. The rooms added included a master suite, a Great Room, powder room, mudroom, and garage.

We hired Steve for the design plans and permit application of 1970's raised bungalow in Oakville that involved second storey addition and remodelling of the main floor and basement. Steve was able to take our vision of a dream home and translate it into reality. He patiently worked with us through many revisions and always came up with very beautiful design. He brought a great balance of budget, design and technical knowledge. Steve has very good understanding of various city by laws too. He was able assist us to apply for required permits and represented us committee of adjustment hearings. We are very pleased with the results and recommend his services.
